Fabulous early plastic buckle and a matching button set, made in carved stardust or glitter catalin or bakelite, with gold leaf flakes inside. Made in around the 1930s. Rare to find these, especially as a matching set. Please note that different collectors in different countries have different names for the many and varied types of early plastic so please make sure you are happy to buy before ordering, please! Tiny drilled holes for sewing to fabric - 2 in the centre of the button and one in each side of the buckle halves, as seen in photos. In very good condition. Please see last photo for measurements.
