The M95020-A125 and M95020-A145 are 2-Kbit serial EEPROM Automotive devices, operating up to 145°C and adhering to the stringent AEC-Q100 grade 0 reliability standard. They feature a simple, high-speed SPI interface (up to 20 MHz) and advanced true EEPROM technology. These devices are byte-alterable, with 16 pages of 16 bytes each, and boast embedded Error Correction Code logic for enhanced data integrity. Additionally, they offer an Identification Page (16 bytes) for device identification and secure, lockable storage of sensitive application parameters.
