This set clearly reflects the concept of a set for girls, but many sets that could be used well as a resort area in the Town series have been released.
Because not many were produced, it has a higher rarity value than the Town series.
This is a park set, which was the first release at the time in the Town series.
It includes palm trees, a slide, a sandbox, a seesaw, and a baby carriage.
