Super cute 90s vintage USA navy stretch flares by The Limited. Beautiful ribbed 97/3 nylon/spandex. High waisted with a modest cut. Perfect condition! These pants will not fit like modern leggings!!! These were made to fit loose. They have moderate stretch in width and good stretch in length. Check measurements.
