This is a Jean Pouyat Limoges dish, but I’m not sure if it is a ramekin, a fruit bowl or what. It is a white bowl with a scalloped rim and an attached underplate with a scalloped rim. It has a light and dark pink floral design with some blue flowers and greenery and gold trim. The bowl has a flat scalloped rim, but the underplate has a textured detail at the rim. I have not found a pattern name or age, but the Pouyat mark is dated 1890.
Also, the bowl has a spot where it looks like the rim might have had a shallow or flat chip. And they painted over that spot. It can be seen in pictures 2 and 3 at the 10:00 o’clock position and in pictures 5 & 6.
The bowl measures 4 5/8 inches across the rim and it is about 2.00 inches tall and deep. The underplate is 6.25 inches wide.
Other than the painted over spot-There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. The piece is marked as shown and I have not found any other signs of paint.
