◆취업이민 승인일, 접수일 전면 오픈=2021 회계연도의 첫달인 10월의 영주권 문호에선 취업이민은 전면 오픈, 가족이민은 전면 동결로 희비가 엇갈리게 됐다
국무부가 24일 발표한 10월의 비자블러틴에 따르면 취업이민에서는 전순위에서 승인일과 접수일에서 컷오프 데이트가 없어져 전면 오픈됐다
이로서 전달까지 유일하게 컷오프 데이트가 있었던 취업이민 3순위의 최종 승인일(Final Action Date)은 사실상 1년 반, 접수일(Filing Date)는 6개월 진전된 셈이 됐다
다만 한시법으로 시행되고 있는 종교이민의 비성직자와 투자이민의 리저널 센터는 연장법안이 아직 확정되지 않아 일단 비자불능(Unavailable)로 고지됐으나 곧 임시예산법안이 확정되는대로 10월에는 다시 열릴 것으로 예상되고 있다
그리고 비성직자 종교이민과 리저널 센터 투자이민도 접수일은 오픈돼 10월에도 계속 영주권신청서를 접수할 수 있다
◆가족이민 승인일 접수일 전면 동결=10월의 영주권 문호에서 가족이민은 모든 순위에서 승인일과 접수일이 전달과 똑같이 나와 전면 제자리했으며 2A 순위만 계속 오픈됐다
시민권자의 21세이상 성년미혼자녀들이 대상인 가족이민 1순위는 최종승인일이 2014년 9월 15일, 접수일은 2015년 7월 15일에서 동결됐다
영주권자의 배우자와 미성년 자녀들이 대상인 2A 순위의 최종 승인일(Final Action Date)은 계속 오픈 됐으며 접수일은 2020년 8월 1일에서 제자리했다.
영주권자의 성년미혼자녀인 2순위 B는 승인일이 2015년 7월 8일, 접수일은 2016 년 5월 1일로 전달 과 같게 나왔다.
시민권자의 기혼자녀인 3순위는 승인일이 2008년 6월 15일, 접수일은 2009 년 6월 1일에서 동결됐다
시민권자의 형제자매초청인 4순위는 승인일이 2006년 9월 22일, 접수일은 2007 년 9월 15일에서 제자리했다.
