Missing 2 year old Garden City boy, Issiah Martinez, has been found alive in Garden City. Reportedly someone spotted the vehicle around 9:30 in the morning and called 911. He was found inside the stolen vehicle in Garden City in the 2500 block of Coachman in the west alley.

The missing Idaho girl believed to have been abducted by her mother, who does not have legal custody, is reported to be safe after the mother surrendered to her probation officer in Farmington.
The girl, Catelyn Sandoval, 2, is waiting for family members to pick her up, according to official sources.
